Kanye West – LVs & Autotune 2 [Mixtape]

Here’s a new mixtape of all of Kanye’s recent releases and features since 808′s came out. It’s a nice little compilation to catch anybody up who’s been sleeping on their music game lately. Even if you’ve been on your shit, there are a few cuts on here that some of you may have not heard before, so it’s worth a listen. I would like to note the Justice remix, specificly how I’m currently NOT peeing my pants over it. I heard it a little in the U2 remix, that kind of basic Justice sound a la D.A.N.C.E. But this track is straight low originality, low quality, just not great and that’s hard for me to say. Otherwise the tracks in this particular addition are spectacular, I would ALSO like to note the Spencer & Hill remix of Shoes by Tiga, note the 10 stars. Nuff said. Enjoy the gravy!

Clear Your Calendar for June 26-27!

BECAUSE THE FUCKING EDC 2009 line up was released, and it looks sick as fuck. To name a fucking few: Boys Noize, Fake Blood, Shinichi Osawa, Le Castlevania, Foamo, Simian Mobile Disco, DJ AM, Diplo, Thievery Corporation, ATB, Fedde Le Grand, Fatboy Slim (WHAT?!), David Guetta, and Benny Benassi. Its over two days this year, Friday (Neon Gardens is going to be off the chain!) is a must go but Saturday (Diplo, DJ AM, Fatboy Slim?!) is definitely tempting me. I’m excited, I kind of feel obliged to go because EDC was my first rave last year… oh how far I have come.

Bonkers – Dizzee Rascal & Armand Van Helden

Yo dLowe back in this mutha. Sorry for the long break, had wayyy too much work. On a lighter note, this video is too cool. I saw it and had to immediately post it. I love Dizzee Rascal because he has a great voice and he always finds a way to morph his sound into something new and fresh. This song will be the first single off his forthcoming album Tongue N’ Cheek. Enjoy the freshest Audio/Visual Entertainment only at JGNP.

The single is pretty low quality, no tags but still not great. I’ll be sure to hit you guys up with the CDQ as soon as it hits the interwebz.

Here’s a DOPE fan-made trailer for the upcoming Transformers sequel Revenge of the Fallen, featuring KiD CuDi’s Sky Might Fall. Man, they should be running this joint in theaters and on TV right now. Word on the street is, Dreamworks likes it so much, that they might actually end up using the song in future promos. Who knows?

Here’s a new track from Weezy off of the upcoming Southern Smoke TV Vol. 1 mixtape from DJ Smallz & DJ Neptune. The track is definitely playing off of the Rebirth vibe, with lots of guitar and of course, Kevin Rudolph. One nice difference is that Weezy actually spits, not sings on this one. Dope.
