WOW, THAT WAS HOT GARBAGE. N.O.R.E. was all wheezy and out of breath, JFK plays his drums OFFBEAT about halfway through the song and Al-P was so into his Moog that I think he forogt he was performing on national TV. Here’s the kicker though, if you notice N.O.R.E. has something in his hand the entire time that he periodically looks down at. Guess what it is? IT’S HIS FUCKING PHONE. KiD CuDi – Switchin’ Lanes x KiD CuDi to Retire?
So apparently, CuDi plans to retire after the release of Man on the Moon: The Guardians this summer. Retirement after only one album? Seems kinda like a publicity move to me (a la Jay-Z, Lupe, etc), but what the heck do I know, right?

Lil’ Wayne Documentary

Weezy will be the focus of a feature documentary, aptly titled “The Carter.” The doc is set to premiere at 25th annual Sundance Film Festival, which takes place from January 15 through the 25th.
The documentary was directed by Adam Bhala Lough, who is no stranger to documenting musicians on film. He previously directed “The Upsetter: The Life and Times of Lee Scratch Perry.” The documentary took a look at the legendary reggae producer and his enormous contributions to the genre and to music in general.
“The Carter” is said to take “an in-depth, intimate look at the artist Dwayne ‘Lil Wayne’ Carter Jr., proclaimed by many as the ‘greatest rapper alive.’ “

Styles P Thinks Swag is Played Out!
Every year XXL does a love/hate issue, asking artists what they loved and hated about hip-hop in that year. Well this year, they got Styles P to sit down and talk it out and apparently he’s thinks swagger is overhyped.
“It’s not even the use of the word that bothers me, it’s the abuse of the word that bothers me,” SP told XXLMag.com. “Jesus Christ! Just let it go a little bit. Lean off of it a little bit.”
