I hope you guys enjoy bathing in gravy as much as this guy does. Heres some tracks I’ve been listening to as of late, I’ll let them speak for themselves.
An offering of gravy
Christen Bale – Super Doucher…NOT SO FAST
My friends, we here at JPNG are a fairly tight knit group, but every so often we come upon an issue that we disagree upon. I read an article the other day informing me of the truth behind what took place on the set of Terminator: Salvation.
Simian Mobile Disco – Upside Down
Here’s another one that doesn’t really need explaining. It’s an old Simian Mobile Disco song, post Simian. Its a pretty chill dance song. Fresh off the presses, new gravy for the masses…
Crookers – What Up Ya’ll
So I know you all probably know of Crookers from the massive success of the Day N’ Nite remix. Truth is they’ve been delivering bangers for a while now. If you’ve got the dough I suggest you try to buy some of their old classics. For now though I have their newest track which isn’t as fast paced as some of their old songs but it still is pretty complex and a nice listen. Enjoy the gravy at your own pace…
My New Years Eve
The Knux – Bang! Bang!
I know I’m really late with this one but I think The Gravy needs to address this up and coming group. Widely hailed as the next big thing in 2009, their vocals are reminiscent of Outkast with a much different approach to production. I really enjoy the whole album but this is a nice cut for new listeners. Please enjoy cuz you’ve been gravy’d…
Sickest Program Ever
While I know this doesn’t pertain to ACTUAL music, I felt the extreme urge to post the best music downloading tool I’ve ever come across, Mojo. Essentially you download it and you can connect to anyone else who has also downloaded Mojo iTunes library and download any music they have at ridiculous speeds. Not only can you connect to people in your local network, you can connect to people libraries over the internet. Ridiculous.
HARD 13!!!!
To all those who were disappointed by the cancellation of Hard New Years, leave your sorrows behind and start getting pumped for March 13th, 2009. Hard 13 Baby! Boys Noize, Diplo, LA Riots, and Destructo at the Shrine, its going to be a mini Hard Haunted Mansion. The best news: the tickets are only $35!
Female Singer Remixes!
(yes, I found a picture with all three of them in it, really)
New Years resolution: post more
Chewy Chocolate Remix
This bangs harder then most stuff I post (cause, you know, I post SO MUCH) but definitely give this a listen. Big ups to Rocket over at Indie Music Speaker for sharin’ the wealth
Just Started
We’ll put more stuff here, rest assured. I’m really tired though so I’m gonna go to sleep.
